To register, you need a valid email address, a Bangladeshi mobile number, a strong password, and you must be 18 or older. A national ID or passport may be required for KYC verification.
Yes, creating an account on Rabona is completely free — there is no registration fee. You can start betting as soon as you make your first deposit.
No, only one account is allowed per person. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and the funds may be forfeited.
First, check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, use the "Resend Verification Email" option on the login page. If you still haven't received it, contact support@rabona.run.
On the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link and enter your registered email. Click the reset link sent to your email and set a new password.
KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process. Before your first withdrawal, or when withdrawing above a certain amount, you will need to upload a photo of your national ID or passport. Verification is typically approved within 24 hours.

Payments & Transactions
Log in and click the "Deposit" button, select your payment method (Mobile Pay / Nagad / Rocket / Bank), enter the amount, and complete the payment as instructed. Your balance is usually updated within 30 seconds.
The minimum deposit is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Daily maximum withdrawal limits vary by VIP level.
Mobile Pay and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 2–15 minutes. Rocket takes 15–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–24 hours. Delays can occur if KYC verification has not been completed.
Save a screenshot of your payment and the transaction ID. Wait 30 minutes. If the issue persists, contact support@rabona.run with those details. This is usually resolved within 1–2 hours.
Select "Mobile Pay Deposit" from your dashboard. The system will provide an agent number and a reference code. Send money to that number via Mobile Pay and enter the reference code in the "Reference" field. Your balance will be updated once the payment is confirmed.

Withdrawals may be rejected if your KYC verification is incomplete, bonus wagering requirements have not been met, your account details are incorrect, or there are security concerns. Contact support and they will explain the reason.

Bonuses & Promotions
Complete your registration and, when making your first deposit, select the activate bonus option. A minimum deposit of ৳500 qualifies you for a bonus of up to 100%. The bonus amount depends on how much you deposit.
A wagering requirement means you must place a certain amount in bets before withdrawing a bonus. For example, a 5x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you need to place ৳5,000 in bets. The contribution rate may vary depending on the bet type.
Once you receive a free bet, the "Use Free Bet" option will appear on your betting slip. Select it and place your wager on any eligible match. Note that the free bet stake is not returned — you only receive the winnings.
Cashback is generally paid out on a weekly basis. A set percentage of your net losses for the week is automatically credited to your account every Monday. Higher VIP tiers receive a better cashback rate.
If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified timeframe, the bonus balance will be automatically cancelled. Always read the terms and expiry conditions carefully after receiving a bonus.

Betting & Sports
Go to the Live Betting section to see all ongoing matches. Odds update in real time. Click on your preferred market to add it to your betting slip, enter your stake, and confirm your bet. You can place bets at any point while the match is in progress.
Odds represent the probability of winning and the rate of return. For example, a ৳1,000 bet at odds of 2.5 returns ৳2,500 if you win (৳1,000 stake + ৳1,500 profit). Higher odds mean higher risk but greater reward.
Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, in some cases you can use the Cash Out feature to withdraw part or all of your potential winnings before the match ends.
Go to the "My Bets" section — any eligible bets will show a "Cash Out" button. Review the current cash out value and confirm. The amount will be credited to your balance instantly.
Over 50 sports are available, including cricket, football, tennis, badminton, basketball, volleyball, handball, and ice hockey. Bangladeshi bettors will find the widest range of markets in cricket and football.
An accumulator or parlay bet combines selections from multiple matches into a single wager. If all selections are correct, the odds are multiplied together for a potentially huge payout. If even one selection is wrong, the entire bet is lost.
If a match is fully cancelled, the full stake is refunded. If a suspended match resumes, the bet remains active. If the match is not played within the specified period, the bet is voided and the stake is returned.

If you receive a security alert, change your password immediately and log out of all active sessions. Go to Account Settings, check "Active Sessions", and close any sessions you don't recognise.
Responsible Gaming
In Account Settings, go to the "Responsible Gaming" option to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and loss limits. Increasing a limit requires a 7-day waiting period.
